Seniors Active Living Centres

Seniors Active Living Centres (SALCs) are friendly, welcoming places where older adults can stay active, meet new people, or try something new. Whether it’s a fitness class, a creative workshop, or a social get-together, each centre offers opportunities to support healthy aging, see friends, and meet new people.

Centres are open to adults aged 55 and older, with many programs also welcoming those 50 years and up. The centres are a great way for local community members to get involved and feel connected in their community.
