Free community workshops hosted by the Patient, Family & Caregiver Network (PFAC) to help residents better understand and navigate healthcare and community supports across the Ottawa Valley.

What These Workshops Cover

These workshops are designed to help you better understand the healthcare system and the services available in your community.

How to navigate local healthcare services

Where to find trusted community supports

Tips for managing care at home

How to be heard as a patient, family member, or caregiver

The role of technology (including AI tools) in your health journey

These sessions are practical, conversational, and focused on helping people feel more confident accessing care and support.
