Yes, some services have fees. Many services are free of charge. However, services such as personal support, transportation, meal delivery and adult day programs may have an associated fee. Any fees will be noted in the service listing.
Most services do not require a referral. If a referral is needed, it will be noted in the service description.
Services are offered at multiple locations. We will connect you with the nearest available program based on your home address.
Depending on your results, you will be provided with options for categories of service that are available to assist your needs. These categories will have links to a search site allowing you to locate the nearest providers based on your home address.
